How will I be billed?

Your subscription will be billed monthly. You will receive an invoice via email each month.

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information by logging into your account and navigating to the profile settings section.

Where do I find my Account information?

You can find your account information by clicking on your profile icon located in the upper right corner of the page. This will open a new page dropdown menu where you can see your profile details, subscription status, and other account settings. You can also click here to access your account

how do I log out of my acount?

To log out of your account, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the page. In the account page select the "Sign Out" option. This will log you out and redirect you to the homepage.

Canceling your subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you can click the this link and your subsriction be cancelled.

Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Deleting your account

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team at hello@kwrds.ai. Deleting your account will remove all your data permanently.
